Shipping Policy

We only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. You will be notified via email with your tracking when your order ships. 
Please be advised in the event of an overwhelming demand, order delays can occur.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.


In most cases, sea moss gel is only shipped out
Monday-Thursday to ensure freshness.


We ship our sea moss gel pre-chilled and with a cold pack for extra support, but your package will always be warm upon arrival. Sea moss gel is thermoreversible and is safe outside of the fridge for a few days, but will need to be refrigerated to last. Just throw it in the fridge for a few hours and it will firm back into a gel.


Once your order has shipped and your tracking number is confirmed to the address you provided, only you can contact the mail courier regarding the status of your package. We are separate entities and we are not responsible for any delayed, returned, mishandled, or stolen packages after it has left our facility.
