Breathe! Palo Guaco is an expectorant that opens up the lungs. Mullein, used since ancient times, soothes the respiratory track & helps clean the lungs. Elecampane soothes bronchial tube linings & Linden Flower has potent antioxidants that fight inflammation.

Directions: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8oz of water for at least 15 minutes. For a stronger tea, grind 4-5 teaspoons of herbs first, & boil in 3 cups of water for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
